Clean Streets and Safe Neighborhoods

The city prioritizes investments in “Eyes on the Street” to promote a sense of safety in public spaces — including activations, officer foot and bike patrols, street lighting infrastructure, camera technology, and behavioral health services — and eliminate deaths and severe injuries on our streets through robust traffic engineering and enforcement.
